small room screeching kettle
The location was good, near many restaurants.
The room I had was quite small. It felt smaller than advertised. The television was not a smart TV, so I couldn't stream anything, disappointing. THE kettle made a loud screeching sound every few minutes all night. It kept me awake.

friendly staff delicious breakfast clean bathroom
I found the staff friendly and helpful. They were eager to assist with any request. The included breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of fresh options. The air conditioning worked very well, I could also open the windows for some fresh air. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, I was very impressed.
The loud music from the bar was noticeable until midnight. I was on the second floor, I could hear the thudding, it stopped when I went to bed. It is something to consider if an early night is desired.

Breakfast includes fresh ingredients, it has many choices and is presented in an appealing manner. This starts the day off perfectly. I found the quality of the food AMAZING!!! The service was great, it really added to the morning.

the breakfast included was delicious (especially the pastries). the staff were attentive and provided excellent service. the room was clean and beautifully appointed. i appreciated the convenient location near marble arch.
the music from the bar was audible on the second floor until midnight.
